Return Policy

Hey cuties! We hope you love every single piece that you purchase with us but we understand sometimes items just don't work out so here's our return policy for those few instances: 

Online Return Policy:

For online orders only, you have 7 Days to return your items back to us, through the mail only, for a Full Refund. We will not issue the refund until we have the item back. Items Returned in store will adhere to our in store policy. We understand that if you don't live near by you cannot try on; therefore, some items don't always work out, that's why we have a 7 day return policy for a full refund. After that, we will adhere to our instore policy, 30 days for exchanges or store credit only. FINAL SALE items will always and forever will be what they are: final sale. Our 7 Day policy start on Day of Arrival and must be returned to our store in the 7 Day window, take shipping days in account when returning the item.

We will not receive returns that are: worn, washed, damaged or do not have the tags attached. If items have a strong scent of perfume, smoke, or sweat they will be returned back to you and marked as FINAL SALE and not be acceptable for return. 

We will not pay for a return shipping label, so shipping the item back to us will be on you. If you live near by, you can come and drop off your return within the 30 day period for store credit or exchanges!

In-Store Policy:

For our instore policy, we have a 30 Day Return Policy for Exchanges and Store Credit Only. Items must have receipt to be returned: or you have to be in our loyalty program so we can look it up. 

FINAL SALE items will always and forever will be what they are: final sale. 

Damaged items that were purchased from store & received a discount is FINAL SALE and will not be acceptable or a return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • Marked Sale Items (not flash sales or discount codes unless stated otherwise)
  • Last Call Items (online only) 
  • Intimate Items: sticky boobs, pasties, underwear, bathing suits without sanitary liner etc.
  • Damaged items upon purchase
